Giving Options
The Phillips-Strickland House resulted from the 1976 merger of the Home for Aged Women (est. 1872) and the Home for Aged Men (est. 1903). The legacy of providing services to the elderly is a long one. We cannot continue this legacy without additional support from people like you. Approximately 85% of our residents receive support from Medicaid. Although this provides a base level of services, it doesn’t cover additional services to make a resident’s daily experience fulfilling.
