Welcome to Phillips-Strickland House and Boyd Place. We offer two levels of services for people 65 and over including Assisted Living (Residential Care) and Independent Living.

Our roots go back to the 1800's when Mary Phillips dreamed of creating a home for aging women. Today, we are a retirement community with approximately 85 seniors living at 21 Boyd Street in Bangor, Maine.

Phillips-Strickland House Corporation is a non-profit organization which provides a comfortable, congenial, and professionally staffed living environment for persons age sixty-five and older who function independently with mutually agreed upon support of daily living skills.
