Description
We have an immediate opening at our assisted living facility for an RN to manage a 48 bed unit. Must be knowledgeable with state regulations and experience in geriatric nursing care preferred. This is a full time position reporting directly to the facility administrator and previous management experience preferred. Candidate must have a current, and in good standing, State of Maine Registered Nurse license. Candidate will be involved in all aspects of hiring, training and supervising the residential care team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; providing quality care to our residents, working closing with primary care providers, accurate and ongoing assessments of resident’s medical conditions and working closely with resident’s families. Other skills include: strong leadership skills, organizational skills, good communication and computer literacy.
